The following instructions explain how to properly order a system for rental. We realize that you will probably want to talk to us first so feel free to call us at 1-800-277-7657 X-221 and we will explain the rental process, options and ordering instructions. If you are sure of what you want go ahead and process the on line purchase of your rental machine. We will then contact you to discuss any special requirements. Normal delivery is 5-10 days. If there is an emergency we can make the rental a priority and ship over night or the next day as long as we have the products in stock that you need.

One Time setup and De-Install Charges:
There is a one time charge to setup your computer, install and configure the OS, Box and Ship it and de-install when it returns. The "setup and ship" item must be picked for each computer you rent.

Business days or Regular days ?
We don't make a distinction between a business day and a regular day. You get charged for only the total number of days you have the equipment.

Rental Instructions:
So to properly purchase a complete rental system you must:

1.) Pick the computer you want to rent, enter the quantity of days you want to rent it for by putting the number of days in the qty field.

2.) Then pick the "Setup and Ship" option and enter the quantity of computers you are renting. This would be "one" for renting one computer for 30 days for example.

3.) Upon return of the equipment, the system has to be returned within 1 business day from the end of the rental via Fedex P1. Any additional days will be charged at the standard rate. Please email us the tracking information once the product has been picked up by Fedex. The computer must be returned in its original shipping box.

4.) We will need a copy of your credit card to hold as a security against the lack of returned equipment or for an extended rental.
